Asian Trade Rug Company is awesome! We’ve purchased three rugs from them over several years and added yet another one very recently. All are beautiful, excellent quality, and have held up extremely well through the many years we’ve had them. And the employees are so patient and helpful — from the guys flipping over a gazillion rugs for viewing, and Hannah, for her never-ending patience, expert rug knowledge, and thoughtfulness. They have a great selection of rugs and excellent service!

Over the past 5 years, I have bought at least 8 hand knotted rugs from this company. I am very impressed by the frankness and honesty of Tomas, one of the owners. He gives you the facts and doesn’t try to over sell. Service is great. By the way, all the rugs I have purchased were via the phone with Tomas sending pictures of the rug. It was always easy and there were never any issues. I live in Florida. I wish Asian Trade Rug were closer so I could have them clean the other rugs that I have. Impressive service for sure!

Her expert design experience and excellent listening skills really helped us make selections that go beautifully in our home. We could not be happier. We appreciated her straightforward approach. There was no pressure, and she was happy to let us have the rugs at no cost for us to try living with them for a few days before we made final selections. Amazing from start to finish!!
I am so thankful for seeing their commercial. I called to get information on the process and I was impressed by the friendly, professional and detailed explanation. When I dropped my rug off, every member of the staff greeted me with a sincere welcome and hello. My rug was ready when promised and a staff member helped me carry it to my car. The rug looked brand new on my floor. Excellent all around!! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

This is the best place in Tucson to get your rugs cleaned. I have gone with multiple companies and not one has left my area rug the way they have left it. The previous company I had clean my rug said the white on my rug was stained and nothing could be done. When I received my rug back this week it looked NEW, seriously NEW! The white shines again and is so fluffy and soft. I am 10000% satisfied with this company and will definitely be back when in need of another cleaning.

I just had two hand woven wool area rugs cleaned by Asian Trade Rug Company. The staff were great to work with and my rugs now look as good as new. They came to my house, moved my furniture, rolled up my rugs and took them to their place for cleaning. Upon completion they returned them and placed them exactly per my instructions. They did an amazing job and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time purchasing rugs and I found the entire experience to be very positive. I received a patient “basic crash course education” in how rugs from around the Asian continent are made and how they differ by region and the process of weaving and knotting them, and what makes some more expensive than others etc. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything. Everyone from the owner to the manager to the delivery assistants was friendly and transparent and willing to help find something for pretty much any budget and need. I would recommend anyone who is curious about rugs to drop in and have a look around.

I have purchased more than ten rugs from Asian Trade over the last 20 years. I’ve looked at rug stores in other cities and Asian Trade’s rugs are of the finest quality. Moreover, long after I couldn’t buy any more rugs (no space), the cleaning and repair services have been truly excellent. Even the delivery guys are well trained, careful and very patient with moving furniture. I wish all businesses were even half this great at customer service.
