Shipping and Returns Policy

0% Sales Tax for Out-of-State Orders

We don’t charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Arizona.

Because we’re based in Arizona—and haven’t met the sales thresholds that would require us to collect out-of-state tax—you can enjoy 0% sales tax when we ship your rug out of state. It’s a nice bonus that often helps offset the cost of shipping.

While we are not required to collect sales tax on out of state purchases, your state may require you to report and pay use tax. Please consult your state’s tax regulations for details.

Shipping

We ship rugs throughout the United States via FedEx Ground. Shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis based on the rug’s weight, dimensions, and destination. If you need priority or express shipping, or require signature delivery, we’re happy to arrange that by request.

Orders are generally shipped same or next business day. Rugs are carefully folded, rolled, and wrapped in breathable protective material for safe transport. If a rug pad is included, it may be shipped rolled with the rug or separately, depending on size.

FedEx Ground typically delivers within 3–7 business days. We will provide you with tracking information to your email. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International shipping may be available and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Returns

We understand buying a rug online can be challenging. While we work hard to show accurate photos and descriptions, colors may appear differently depending on your lighting and environment. We’re happy to provide additional photos, videos, or a video consultation upon request.

If your rug doesn’t work out, you may return it for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs).

You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package to begin the return process.

The item must be shipped back via FedEx within one week of receipt.

Funds can be refunded to a credit card, or paid by ACH, Zelle, or a check. Please contact us to coordinate your return.

Not only did they do a great job cleaning a dhurrie rug for us, but Ali, their master carpet repair man, repaired a treasured rug for us after we thought it had been destroyed by the dry cleaners.
