Our Process
Every rug is closely inspected and cleaned using our traditional “wet-wash” method.
After washing, a state-of-the-art hydraulic press extracts excess water from your rug before it is dried in a climate-controlled drying room.
After drying, we carefully apply finishing touches including brushing the pile, trimming or whitening fringe as needed, and anything else your unique rug may need to look its best.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery service is free within Tucson, and small fees apply outside of Tucson. We kindly ask that the free pickup services be used for a minimum of one 6×9 size rug. We travel as far North as Oracle, and as far South as Tubac. Special trips can be arranged by request, as well as shipping of rugs from out-of-state.
We send two team members, who will carefully remove your rug from underneath furniture and reinstall it to your specifications when returning your cleaned rug back to your home.
